Facet B – Sidecar
Maybe the signature drink of the good America Jazz Age, the Sidecar is a double-feature of two distinctive French merchandise: Cognac (brandy) and Cointreau. With a sugared rim, it’s a certain hit. And it’s a swanky accompaniment to this uplifting, jazzy masterpiece.
Put together a glass by wetting the rim and dipping it within the sugar. Shake substances with the ice and pressure into the ready glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
